Chuck Eye Steaks

Nicknamed "the poor man's ribeye", these steaks have a great beefy flavor, but are slightly less tender. Although this cut is from the chuck area (the shoulder of the beef), it is the portion adjacent to the rib-eyes. These steaks can be grilled just like a rib-eye.
