Our farm store will be open Saturday, October 17th, from 10am to 2pm and we will be making deliveries on Friday, October 16th and Saturday, October 17th. We will be at the farmers market on Sunday, October 18th for our final market of the year!
All of our sausages are made with our pork, mixed with seasonings. Depending on the sausage flavor, sausages are available in the following ways: bulk (not in casing, perfect if you want to shape patties), breakfast links (thin sausages in casing), links (thicker sausages in casing) or rope (a long, thick coil of sausage in casing).
