Pork chops are great on the grill, pan-fried, or baked. We like to brine them with just a basic brine (salt and water) as a sure-fire way to keep them moist no matter what cooking method we use. Our pork chops are available both bone-in or boneless, and thick (1" thick) or thin (1/2" thick). There are two pork chops per pack.
