Our farm store will be OPEN Saturday, July 12th, from 10am to 2pm, with deliveries on July 11th and 12th. We will also be at the Urbana Library Farmers' Market on Sunday, July 13th, from 10am to 1pm!!
There is only one hanger steak on each steer, so this is a bit of a rare cut. Also called "butcher steak" because the butchers used to save this one for themselves, this cut is flavorful and great on the grill.
