The meat in each ground beef package will come from one specific animal, unlike a grocery store ground beef package, which can contain meat from hundreds of animals. Ours is generally 90% lean and comes packed loose or in pre-made patties. Loose is available in one pound packs or two pound packs; patties are one pound packs and there are four patties per pound. **Please Note: If you purchase five of either of the sizes of our ground beef, we will throw in a sixth pack for free!!**
