You know the holiday season is upon us if we've got prime rib in our freezers!! For the rest of the year, we get this portion of beef cut up into steaks (called the rib steak if bone in or ribeye if boneless), but this is such a perfect roast for your holiday table that we try to get some in before the winter holidays. We only have four in stock - two four-rib roasts and two three-rib roasts. The exact weights of all four are listed below, so you can select the size that works best for you!
